This Lower Lonsdale office space was created for a prominent commercial broker. It was created from what was an extremely outdated dental office that was in much need of some repair and attention. The unit underwent a full demolition and now features an open floor plan, with an open ceiling. New lights, paint, flooring and cabinets compliment the new glass boardroom and Kitchen. Nautically inspired lights give a nod to the history of the area.
